NordiCare® Patient Support Program

The NordiCare® Patient Support Program is a patient assistance service designed to help you or your child get started on Norditropin® and support you or your child for the duration of your treatment. 

Reimbursement navigation to help you understand your insurance

Financial assistance to help with out-of-pocket prescription costs.

 

Interpretation services

  • New patients enrolled in the NordiCare® Patient Support Program will have access 
to virtual and in-person interpretation services.
  • Interpretation services are available in more than 240 languages.
  • Allow our interpreters to help facilitate communications during injection training and assistance.

Nurse injection assistance support

  • Nursing assistance and injection training is available in-home, in virtual meetings, or at an InnomarClinic.
  • With 145+ locations across Canada, 95% of Canadians live within 50 km of an InnomarClinic™.

 

Patient support and follow-up calls

  • Patient pamphlet to support you during your treatment journey.
  • Customer care representative to help coordinate NordiCare® services throughout your Norditropin® treatment.
  • Receive a follow-up call after initiation of Norditropin®.
